rPredictor is a bioinformatic infrastructure for prediction, analysis and storage of secondary structures of ribosomal RNAs. It includes a ribosomal RNA (rRNA) structure prediction engine based on the cppredict algorithm, a database of rRNA secondary structures and rRNA structure analysis tools accessible through this website.

The SILVA database is the source of primary structures (sequences). Licensing information to SILVA data can be found here: http://www.arb-silva.de/silva-license-information/.

The complete documentation including a tutorial is available from a separate documentation page.

rPredictor is a joint project of the Laboratory of Bioinformatics of the Institute of Microbiology Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague, implemented at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague.
