rPredictor is a bioinformatic infrastructure for prediction, analysis and storage of secondary structures of RNAs. It includes a RNA structure prediction engine based on the cppredict algorithm, a database of RNA secondary structures and RNA structure analysis tools accessible through this website.

The SILVA and the Rfam databases are sources of primary structures (sequences). Licensing information to SILVA data can be found here: http://www.arb-silva.de/silva-license-information/.

rPredictor is a joint project of the Laboratory of Bioinformatics of the Institute of Microbiology Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague, implemented at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague.
